Pokémon Movie Marathon Announced

The official Pokémon Youtube channel has updated with announcement video for a Pokémon movie marathon on Disney XD.  The announcement video features a montage of most of the Pokémon films that have aired or released so far.  The montage was first shown before the international theatrical airings of Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!.  The Pokémon movie marathon will start on 10 A.M. on January 1, 2018 with the first three Pokémon films. The films will continuing airing on January 2 at 6 P.M. and air daily until January 19.  On those days Disney XD will be airing several episodes of the anime before kicking off with the films.  Those who missed…

Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet Features and Story Trailer Streamed

Bandai Namco Entertainment America has updated their official Youtube channel with a new trailer for Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet. The latest trailer features a look at the game’s story as well as some of the game mechanics.  Some of the highlights include a look at the bank system and a preview of the game’s combat system.  Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet will be released for the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Steam on February 23, 2018 in North America.  The game will first launch in Japan on February 8, 2018. Kraken Licenses Garo: Red Requiem Live-Action Film Release

Section23 Films has announced that Kraken Releasing will be releasing the Garo: Red Requiem (Kiba ~Ankoku Kishi Gaiden~) film on Blu-Ray on April 10, 2018.  For those who haven’t been following the Garo franchise, Garo: Red Requiem premiered in Japan on October 30, 2010.  The film featured the return of Ryosei Konishi who once again portrays Kouga Saejima/GARO.  The film also introduced some new characters such as Mary Matsuyama as Rekka, and Mika Hijii as the voice of Karma. Mika Hijii portrayed Kaoru in the original series, however she played a new role for the film.   Kraken Releasing provided a synopsis for the film. Bandai Tamashii has updated the Dragon Ball page on their official website with images of the upcoming release of S.H.Figuarts Goku.  While Bandai Tamashii has released a standard version of Goku in S.H.Figuarts form in the past, this version of Goku is a brand new mold that is more faithful to his design. S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Shin Nigo Release Details Announced

Bandai Tamashii has updated the Shinkocchou Seihou page on their official website with the release details for S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Shin Nigo.  For those who are unaware this version of Kamen Rider Nigo debuted in the later half of the original Kamen Rider series.  The figure will include exchangeable wrists, an alternate muffler piece, and a replacement antennae.   S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Shin Nigo will be a retail release in May 2018 priced at 6,480 Yen.  Source: Bandai Tamashii
