Bakugan Reboot Details Announced

Recently new details about the Bakugan reboot has been revealed thanks to Spin Master’s Q3 2017 financial call.  Spin Master initially planned to reboot the franchise back in 2015, however no other details surfaced since the announcement.  Today it has been revealed that a new TV series and toy line are currently in the works and the series is set to premiere sometime in 2018 or 2019.

For those who are unaware, Bakugan Battle Brawlers was a Japanese / Canadian anime series that was produced by TMS Entertainment, Dentsu Inc., and Nelvana Animation. The series premiered on April 5, 2007 and ran until March 20, 2008.  The popularity of the series lead into three sequel seasons titled, New Vestroia,” “Gundalian Invaders,” and “Mechtanium Surge.”   The series was later rebooted in Japan as a manga series & anime titled,  “BakuTech! Bakugan,” in 2012.

No other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates.
