Fujiyama Ichiban is a North American indie-tokusatsu series created by stunt actors and director, Michi Yamato. Mr. Yamoto received his education in stunt work at Ohno Kenyukaiwhich once coordinated stunts for Kamen Rider, and Super Sentai. Mr. Yamato would eventually immigrate to North America; where he worked on Saban’s Masked Rider and Big Bad Beetleborgs as unit-director. Following his work with Saban Brands, Michi began Samurai Action Studio to instruct a new age of stunt actors, as well as perform Japanese oriented stage shows. This lead to Mr. Yamato creating his tokusatsu hero that would help introduce Americans to Japanese theater.
