Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny Trailer Streamed

Recently Lucasfilm has updated their official Youtube channel with the Brazil Comic Con Experience 2022 trailer for the fifth Indiana Jones film, which is titled “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.” The trailer features a quick look at Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford)’s final adventure and some of the new characters including Voller (Mads Mikkelsen). Keep in mind this trailer features some new spoilers so watch at your own discretion. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny will premiere in theaters on June 30, 2023.

Lucasfilm provided a description for the film.

Harrison Ford returns as the legendary hero archaeologist in the highly anticipated fifth installment of the iconic “Indiana Jones” franchise, which is directed by James Mangold (“Ford v Ferrari,” “Logan”). Starring along with Ford are Phoebe Waller-Bridge (“Fleabag”), Antonio Banderas (“Pain and Glory”), John Rhys-Davies (“Raiders of the Lost Ark”), Shaunette Renee Wilson (“Black Panther”), Thomas Kretschmann (“Das Boot”), Toby Jones (“Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom”), Boyd Holbrook (“Logan”), Oliver Richters (“Black Widow”), Ethann Isidore (“Mortel”) and Mads Mikkelsen (“Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore”). Directed by James Mangold, the film is produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall and Simon Emanuel, with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas serving as executive producers. John Williams, who has scored each Indy adventure since the original “Raiders of the Lost Ark” in 1981, is once again composing the score.

Indiana Jones’ final adventure looks to be a blast and it will be bittersweet to see Harrison Ford drop his hat for the final time. Additionally, it will be interesting to see Indiana Jones in a more rural setting compared to the jungles and outback’s that are usually seen within these films. I do wonder how they are going to approach Mutt Williams (Shia LaBeouf)’s more than likely absence in the film, although there is a high chance they will just briefly mention him and move on. In conclusion, I think this film looks really cool and I will be waiting eagerly for the film’s release.
