Recently new screenshots from the first trailer for upcoming Kamen Rider Heisei Generations – Dr. Pac-Man VS Ex-Aid & Ghost with Legend Rider film has surfaced online. These images reveal more details about the villains known as the Next Genome in the film.

Shiro Sano will be playing the main villain of the film, Dr. Pac-Man.
It is stated that he has a deep connection to Emu’s past since he was the one who operated on him when he was younger after he suffered from the big accident. This led him to become addicting to video games. He will also have a Bugster form along with a BugVisor.
Chiro Yamamato will be playing the character Joyo. Joyo will be able to transform into Giril Bugster by using the Proto Giri Giri Chambara Gashat.
The next villain, Dral Bugster, will be played by Suzunosuke. He will become a Bugster by using the Proto Knight Hunter Gashat.
Lastly, as revealed earlier, Hiroshi Tanahashi will be playing the Robol Bugster with the help of the Proto Gekitotsu Robots Gashat.
