Today, the DC Universe twitter account that Madame Xanadu will be joining the cast of the upcoming DC Universe Swamp Thing series. The actress cast to play this mystical character is Jeryl Prescott. For those familiar with The Walking Dead series, she played Jacqui.
For a little bit of history about Madame Xanadu. She is a magic user who can sense mystical activity. Xanadu uses tarot cards to interpret what she senses and is also able to tell the future of others. I have to say that having a character like this in a Swamp Thing series was never a thought in my mind but now that I think about it. It makes perfect sense, I do wonder if Animal Man will make an appearance or cameo in the upcoming season. Anyway, let us know what you think and I’ll talk to you later.
