Recently Sony presented a Playstation 5 Showcase event, which revealed some of the games that will be released for the Playstation 5. Among the reveals was a new gameplay trailer for Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. For those who are not aware, the game is a followup to the 2018 PS4 Marvel’s Spider-Man game. While the game is set as a follow up to PS4 Spider-Man game, Sony has confirmed that the game is not full blown sequel. The game will launch for Playstation 5 on November 12.
Additionally, Insomniac Games has confirmed that game will launch worldwide on November 19 and that the game will also be releasing for the Playstation 4.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be launching on 11/12 US and 11/19 everywhere else on PS5! And guess what? We’re releasing the game on PS4 as well! #SpiderManPS5 #MilesMoralesPS5 #MilesMoralesPS4 #BeGreater #BeYourself https://t.co/orBghvduSt pic.twitter.com/qbSiqxPeTY

Ever since I played Marvel’s Spider-Man, I was looking forward to seeing more of Mile Morales in future adventures. When the game was initially announced for the Playstation 5 I was not surprised, however was a bit disappointed that I would need to upgrade to a Playstation 5 asap just to play this game. Thanks to Insomniac Games I am happy to see that the game will also be launching for the Playstation 4 so I will be able to play the game without needing to buy another console. That being said, looking at the trailer I am already pretty hyped since it seems that Miles will be using more powerful tricks than even Peter did in the first game.
