Today, Tamashii Nations announced the official release details regard two upcoming S.H.Figuarts products. Now, these products are for the previously teased S.H.Figuarts Golza and S.H.Figuarts GUTS Wing Set from Ultraman Tiga. For those unaware, the ancient kaiju Golza is one of the first monsters seen in Ultraman Tiga. However, it made additional appearances throughout the season, as well as appeared in other Ultra Series productions. Surprisingly, S.H.Figuarts Golza will feature a new seamless joint tail to recreate the original suit’s foam tail. Unfortunately, Tamashii Nations has not specified what materials are used in the tail outside of the wire skeleton.
Whereas, the GUTS Wing 1 and GUTS Wing 2 are the main anti-kaiju vehicles used by the GUTS operatives. Also, the S.H.Figuarts release of these vehicles will be able to transform between their two modes, and have display pedestals. Now, both S.H.Figuarts Golza and S.H.Figuarts GUTS Wing Set are confirmed to be retail releases in January 2022. Whereas, pre-orders for these item are scheduled to open at online retailers next Friday, September 3. However, we currently unaware if these items will be made available in North America via Bluefin Brands distribution. So, please stay tuned for any updates regarding an announcement on if these items will be distributed in North America.
