After nearly two years of teasing this figure, Tamashii Nations has finally decided to release S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Muteki Gamer! However, this upcoming release is unfortunately a Premium Bandai exclusive. Now for those unaware of the character, this is the final form of the titular hero of Toei’s Kamen Rider series, Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. In the series, the aspiring doctor and former professional gamer Emu Hojo (Hiroki Iijiama) combines with his Bugster Virus counterpart, Parad (Shouma Kai) to unlock his true potential; together as Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Muteki Gamer they fight to stop Masamume Dan (Hiroyuki Takami) and the Bugster Pandemic.
Now, S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Muteki Gamer will include three pairs of optional hands, and replacement hair parts/ effects. Also, the figure will include a Gashacon Key Slasher; an accessory previously released with other Kamen Rider Ex-Aid S.H.Figuarts. Nevertheless, below is the official gallery from Premium Bandai:
Pre-orders for S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Muteki Gamer open tomorrow, December 13 at 4:00 pm JST. The figure will be sold for 8580 yen before shipping and handling, as well as orders will ship in May 2020. For those interested in purchasing this item, they will need to contact their preferred middleman service. However, Premium Bandai has this item selected as a Japan Only item, so some services may not be able provide orders for this item. Also, it is unsure if Bluefin Brands will distribute this item in North America, so stay tuned for more updates.
