Tamashii Nations’ website has updated with the product details for their December 2020 releases. Among these Winter 2020 releases is the highly promoted S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Z Alpha Edge figure, which is based on the titular character of Ultraman Z. For those unaware, Ultraman Z is the current airing series from Tsuburaya Productions’ Ultra Series. Also, unlike previous series, Ultraman Z is simulcast through the company’s official YouTube channel internationally, but includes select language subtitles.
Now, S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Z Alpha Edge is based on Zett’s first form upon merging with his human host, Haruki. To obtain this form it requires the Zett Riser and Ultra Medals for Ultraman Zero, Ultraseven, and Ultraman Leo. The form itself focuses on the Ultras’ various marital arts skills, which ironically suit Haruki’s traits as he is also skilled fighter. S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Z Alpha Edge is a retail release that is priced at 3850 yen. As mentioned earlier, this item is a Tamashii Nation December 2020 product, so fans can add this to their holiday wish-list immediately. However, to secure a pre-order, those looking for it should expect retailers to open orders for this item on August 3rd. Yet, for North American fans they can possibly expect Bluefin Brands to open their pre-orders within the days following.
