Over the weekend, the official Overlord III anime website updated with the reveal of a new official visual for the upcoming season as well as the premiere date.
Overlord III, aka the third season of the Overlord anime series will premiere on AT-X, Toyko MX, and MBS on July 10. The season will also debut on the AbemaTV streaming service on the same day. Overlord III will also debut on BS11 on July 11 and on TV Aichi on July 12.
Madhouse will return to continue production for the upcoming season and OxT will also return to perform the new theme song titled, “VORACITY.” The new ending theme song titled, “Silent Solitude,” will be performed by the band, Myth & Roid.
The official twitter page for the anime also revealed that the series will have a smartphone game that will be available for iOS and Android devices. The game is titled, “Overlord: Mass for the Dead,” and is set to release sometime this year.
The season will also be available on Crunchyroll with the original Japanese audio with English subtitles and the English dub will be available on FUNimation Now.
