Hello Hero Club, this is Darkon633 and I back with another toy review. Today we will be looking at the Digimon Universe: Appli Monster SP Set. Out of all the Digimon devices we have gotten over the years I have to say the Appli Drive is probably my top favorite. The functionality is superb and it is great to see some pretty good animation for such a small screen on the device. The SP set is a pretty great way to start collecting the roleplay toys of Digimon Universe: Appli Monsters, although if you don’t really care for the exclusive chip then the standard release of the device is good too. The App Band on the other hand is one of the worst roleplay toys I have seen in Bandai Japan in General for a long time since it can only carry two chips and thats all it does. The size of the band is pretty bad and overall I think it is pretty useless. While I do like a lot what the device has to offer it does suffer from one minor flaw. After you “applink” you cannot just put in another chip and cancel the “apprealize” step half way for it read the chip fully so it can be tedious to switch the chip you are using. Overall this device is in my opinion one of the best Digimon devices we have gotten over the years (in terms of function) and I highly recommend this device to fans of the series.
