Kamen Rider W CycloneJoker is the most recent Rider to be released apart of the Shinkocchou Seiho sub-line. The Seiho SHFs are the penultimate versions of the Riders, and W is the best example thus far. Having joined the Seiho line, W no longer has that thin anime like design the original had back in 2010, as well as no longer has the black joints on its Cyclone half. I would even say Tamashii counted up their crimes or sins when working on this Rider!
