Hello Hero Club this is Darkon633 and I am here to bring you another toy review. Today we will be looking at another 6 inch Black Series figure that was released in the first wave of the Rogue Oen Black Series figures, Kylo Ren Unmasked. Personally before getting the figure in hand I thought this figure was an easy pass. At first I didn’t really want to double dip on a 20 dollar figure, however I am much more pleased with the figure than I initially anticipated. The basis of the figure is the same as the Force Awakens release of Kylo Ren although this figure does have a few differences. One being that his Lightsaber no longer features a removable blade and a much more accurate hilt, which is gratefully appreciated. The head sculpt is also another obvious difference and I personally think it is a pretty decent take on Adam Driver’s likeness. The figure also features a hole on his belt that can house the unlit saber, although it isn’t as well made as I hoped since it doesn’t secure the hilt well enough. Overall if you are a fan of an unmasked variant of the character than I recommend picking it up otherwise if you are fine with the original release then it is an easy pass.
