Shout Factory has announced that they will be releasing Denji Sentai Megaranger on DVD on August 15.
Denji Sentai Megaranger first premiered in Japan in 1997 and the 21st season overall of Super Sentai. The series was later adapted into Power Rangers In Space.
In Denji Sentai Megaranger revolves around the arcade game known as Megaranger. The main team consists of Kenta Date and four students in the Digital Research Club join the I.N.E.T. company. The facility soons gets invaded by the Nezirejia who are evil beings from another dimension lead by D. Hinelar under Electro-King Javious. The chief of I.N.E.T., Dr. Kubota, calls upon the latest recruits to become the Megarangers.
