Earlier today, Paramount Pictures released the Superbowl LVI big game spot trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 2. The latest trailer features more scenes featuring Knuckles the Echidna (Idris Elba) and some more battle scenes involving Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey). Sonic the Hedgehog 2 will premiere in theaters on April 8, 2022.
After seeing the latest trailer it has gotten me more hyped for the film. Since we already had a lot of setup in the first film it seems that film will feature even more action packed battles so it will be great to see Robotnik in full action this time around. Idris Elba’s take on Knuckles is still awesome and I am highly anticipating the release of this film.
