The Hollywood Reporter has reported that Tyler Hoechlin will return to reprise his role as Superman in the upcoming CW Arrowverse crossover. In addition to his return, Lois Lane will be making her debut in the Arrowverse in this crossover. Currently it is unknown who will play the role, however it is great to see her inclusion within the live-action Arrowverse.
Supergirl executive producers, Jessica Queller and Robert Rovner, had this to say about Lois’ debut in the Arrowverse.
“We couldn’t be more excited to introduce Lois Lane to the Arrowverse. This dogged, determined and brave reporter will make for a strong partner to Superman and amazing addition to our universe of DC characters,” Supergirl exec producers Jessica Queller and Robert Rovner said in a statement announcing the news Wednesday.
Superman will be featured in all three episodes of the crossover and he will be joined by the aforementioned Lois Lane and Ruby Rose as Batwoman. The three night crossover event will start with The Flash on December 9 followed by The Arrow on December 10 and will conclude with Supergirl on December 11. All three episodes of the crossover will air at 8 P.M. on their respective nights.
