HBO Max to Develop Aqualad Live-Action Series

Happy Monday heroes! We’ve learned over the weekend that Aqualad aka Jackson Hyde will be getting a HBO Max live-action series. The series will be produced by one Charlize Theron will be a executive producer on this “Dramedy” along with A.J. Dix, Beth Kono, and Andrew Haas of Denver & Delilah Films. SONY Interactive Launches Playstation Productions, Adapting Games for Film & Television

Today, Sony Interactive Entertainment launched its new production studio, Playstation Productions, which will adapt its various video games into television productions and feature length films. Asad Qizilbash has appointed to head Playstation Productions, while the chair of Worldwide Studios at SIE, Shawn Layden will oversee productions. In addition, the studio is currently developing their first slate of projects, with them setting up on the Sony Pictures lot in Culver City.
