Funimation Entertainment Licenses Japanese Live-Action Death Note Films

Yesterday, Funimation Entertainment announced at Anime Weekend Atlanta that it licensed three of the four live-action Japanese Death Note films: Death Note, Death Note: The Last Name, and Death Note: Light Up the NEW World. Funimation will release the films on Blu-ray Disc, DVD, and Digital combo packs on January 22, 2019. The first two films which premiered in Japanese theaters in 2006 will be bundled together. Recently the 90th  volume of the One Piece manga was released in Japan, which revealed that the One Piece World Seeker video game has been delayed. Originally the game was initially set to launch for the Playstation, Xbox One, and PC later this year, however it seems the game has been delayed. The game will now be released in 2019 in Japan.
