Over the weekend, Bandai Namco Entertainment America updated with the western localization announcement trailer for the TOKYO GHOUL:re CALL to EXIST video game. SSSS.Gridman Second Trailer, New Character & Additional Staff

The official website for Studio Trigger’s and Tsuburaya Productions’ SSSS.Gridman anime released an all new trailer for the upcoming series. In addition, the site revealed a new character appearing in the series, as well as more staff. The new character in the anime, Alexis Kerib, who could seemingly be a new antagonist of the series, replacing Khan Digifier. Anime Expo 2018: Maiden Japan Licenses Ideon, Xabungle, Votoms & More!

Yesterday, Section23’s Maiden Japan announced it acquired the licenses for eight anime series. Out of the eight titles, three are classic Mecha anime series produced at Sunrise with two series being directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino.   Maiden Japan licensed these series: Space Runawy Ideon, was Yoshiyuki Tomino’s first project following the release of Mobile Suit Gundam. Anime Expo 2018: Live-Action Gundam Film Announced

ANN has recently reported about their coverage at the Sunrise panel at Anime Expo 2018, which revealed that Yasuo Miyakawa, Sunrise’s president and CEO, has recently announced that a live-action adaptation of the Gundam franchise is in the works. The film will be produced by Sunrise with the help of Legendary Pictures.  According to the teaser trailer that was reveal at the panel it is stated that “co-production has begun” from both sides of the production. Bandai America has updated their official Twitter page with an announcement for their exclusives at Anime Expo 2018. Fans will be able to purchase the Dragon Stars Exclusive Saiyan Evolution 3-Pack priced at $80 and the Golden Frieza Edition Scouter priced at $50.  The Dragon Stars Exclusive Saiyan Evolution 3-Pack includes alternate versions of base Goku (with Whis Symbol) and SS Blue Goku as well as a brand new SS God Goku figure. Both items will be available at the FUNimation booth (#3000) at the convention.
