Live-Action Gintama Film to Release in North America

It has recently been revealed that the Live-Action Gintama film will be released in North America.  The film will be distributed by Azoland Pictures and will premiere in both theaters in the United States and Canada on January 19, 2018.  For those who haven’t been following the film is a live-action adaptation of Hideaki Sorachi’s manga series of the same name.  The film debuted in Japan on July 14, 2017 and was released by Warner Brothers Pictures. Pokémon The Movie 2018 Teaser Trailer Streamed

The official Japanese Pokémon Youtube channel has updated with a new teaser trailer for the next Pokémon film. While it doesn’t feature any clear details about the film outside of the film being produced once again by OLM and WIT Studio.  The trailer did however, revealed the premiere date for the film.  Pokémon The Movie 2018 is set to premiere on July 13th 2018.  No other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates. Second Code Geass Compilation Film Details Revealed

The official Code Geass website has updated with new details about the second compilation film titled, “Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion – The Rebellion Path (Code Geass – Hangyaku no Lelouch – Hando).”   First a new visual for the film was revealed. Devilman Crybaby Anime Theme Song Trailer Streamed

Netflix Japan has posted a new trailer for Devilman Crybaby. The latest trailer features a preview of the anime’s theme song titled,“Devilman’s Song (Devilman no Uta),” which is performed by Avu-Chan.  For those who have been following the casting Avu-Chan is also the voice of Devil King Zenon in the series. Recently it has been revealed in the latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump that a new video game based on the My Hero Academia anime is in the works.  The game titled, “My Hero Academia: One’s Justice,” will be released for the Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch.  The first trailer for the game will be featured next month at Jump Festa 2018, which will be held on December 16-17. Bakugan Reboot Details Announced

Recently new details about the Bakugan reboot has been revealed thanks to Spin Master’s Q3 2017 financial call.  Spin Master initially planned to reboot the franchise back in 2015, however no other details surfaced since the announcement.  Today it has been revealed that a new TV series and toy line are currently in the works and the series is set to premiere sometime in 2018 or 2019.
