Banpresto Dissolves & Merges with Bandai Spirits

Today, the toy company Banpresto has been dissolved and merged into Bandai Namco Holdings’ subsidiary, Bandai Spirits. This news was reported via the National Printing Bureau’s Kanpō publication which revealed Bandai Spirits has taken over all rights and duties of the former company.   Banpresto was originally founded in 1977, as Hoei Sangyo, Co. Bandai Namco Releases 13-Minute Video of Super Robot Wars OG Footage

Yesterday, on their YouTube channel Bandai Namco Entertainment released a video showing off some of the game-play of their upcoming installment to the Super Robot Taisen franchise, Super Robot Wars OG: The Moon Dwellers.
