Kraken Releasings’ Licenses GARO: Makai Senkyu

Sentai Filmworks has recently confirmed they have now licensed the second GARO television series, Makai Senkyu (originally referred to as Makai Senki). The confirmation came via the site’s store featuring the pre-order for the first Blu-Ray collection set for this series. Nozomi Entertainment Reveals Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Ultra Edition

Nozomi Entertainment has revealed details for their release of the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Ultra Edition, which is set to release exclusively via Rightstuf this September. For those who are unaware, Mobile Suit Gundam 00 is the 11th installment in the long running franchise made by Sunrise. Today, Discotek Media announced via Facebook that they will be distributing four incredible titles in March. Kamen Rider V3 Blu-Ray Release Announced

Toei Video has recently announced that they will be releasing the Kamen Rider V3 series on Blu-Ray.  For those who aren’t aware Kamen Rider V3 was the direct sequel to the original Kamen Rider series.  The series ran from  February 1973 – February 1974.  Kamen Rider V3 ran for 52 episodes and also had two films.  Kamen Rider V3 was also the only officially licensed Kamen Rider series in North America, which was released by JN Productions’ Generation Kikaida in 2001.  Those who are interested in the official DVD copy of the series can order via the Generation Kikaida official website. Denkou Choujin Gridman the Complete Series Coming to Blu-Ray

Today, Tsuburaya Productions unveiled the full information for the Denkou Choujin Gridman Complete Series Blu-Ray Box, from its contents to its box art. All 39-episodes will be remastered for 1080p HD, and the set will include various special features that span over seven discs. The approximate run-time is 950-minutes for the entire series, and over 100-minutes in bonus content. Tsuburaya on YouTube released a video promoting two upcoming Blu-Ray box sets for the foreign-produced Ultra series shows. The first, Ultraman Great, was co-produced by Tsuburaya and South Australian Film Corp.  in 1990 under the title, Ultraman: Towards the Future.
