Batman Ninja Manga Adaptation Announced

ANN has recently reported that the Batman Ninja film will be receiving a manga adaptation by Masato Hisa.  The manga will be published in the July issue of the Monthly Hero magazine in Japan this Friday.  For those who are unaware the manga is based on the direct to home video Batman Ninja animated film that was released on May 8. Batman Ninja English Dub Trailer Streamed

Warner Brothers has recently updated their Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Youtube channel with a new trailer for the upcoming DC animated film titled, “Batman Ninja.”  The latest trailer features a look at the English Dub for the film.  Batman Ninja will be released digitally on April 24.  The film will later be released on Blu-ray (Steelbook), Blu-ray Combo Pack, and DVD on May 8. SDCC 2017: Arrow, Flash, and Supergirl Trailers

We have the trailers for Arrow season six, The Flash season four, and Supergirl season 3. I have to say I’m excited to see the Flash since Kid Flash will be taking the mantle of the Flash for a bit. DC Essentials Action Figure Line Announced [SDCC 2017]

Ahead of San Diego Comic-Con 2017 preview night, DC Collectibles (via IGN) have revealed a new action figure line known as DC Essentials. This line is described to be an evergreen line that features DC Comics characters primarily in their DC Universe Rebirth costumes. These 6.75 inch tall action figures are similar to the recent DC Icons line by featuring multiple points of articulation and accessories. In casting news, we’ve learned that the DC Cinematic Universe has found its Deathstroke. It is Joe Manganiello, known for playing Flash Thompson in the Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy. More recently appearing the Magic Mike films.  I have to say I didn’t see this casting news coming. We now have three people from Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man films joining the DC Cinematic Universe.
