Today, we finally have the first trailer for the upcoming Black Adam film. In the trailer, we are presented with some backstory as to who Black Adam is, as he talks to Doctor Fate being played by Pierce Bronson. Pierce Brosnan Cast as Doctor Fate in “Black Adam”

The Hollywood Reporter has reported that Pierce Brosnan is set to portray Kent Nelson aka Doctor Fate in “Black Adam.” For those who are not aware, there have been several Doctor Fates throughout the course of DC Comics. Aldis Hodge Cast as Hawkman in “Black Adam”

Variety has reported that Aldis Hodge has been cast in “Black Adam,” as Hawkman. He will be joining the already confirmed cast, which includes Dwayne Johnson (Black Adam) and Noah Centineo (Atom Smasher). Currently it is unknown who will portray Dr Fate and Cyclone, who was previously confirmed as some of the other characters that will be making in the appearance in the film during DC FanDome earlier this summer. The official DC Universe website has updated with an announcement that Jake Austin Walker and Meg DeLacy have join the cast of the upcoming Stargirl series. Walker is most famous for portraying Seth Geary on The Walking Dead while DeLacy is known for portraying Grace Mullen on The Fosters. Currently it is unknown who Walker will be playing on the upcoming Supegirl series, however it is been revealed that DeLacy will be playing Cindy Burman aka Shiv. In the comics Cindy Burman was introduced in Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E. #1, which was released in August, 1999. Tigress, Sportsmaster, and Dragon King Join DC Universe “Stargirl”

Deadline has reported that Tigress, Sportsmaster, and Dragon King will be joining the villain roster of the DC Universe exclusive Stargirl live-action series. The trio are apart of the Injustice Society, who are group of master criminals, which debuted in All Star Comics #37. The team also served as the evil counterpart to the Justice Society of America.  Joy Osmanski will be portraying Paula Brooks, aka the second Tigress.
