Kraken Licenses Garo: Red Requiem Live-Action Film Release

Section23 Films has announced that Kraken Releasing will be releasing the Garo: Red Requiem (Kiba ~Ankoku Kishi Gaiden~) film on Blu-Ray on April 10, 2018.  For those who haven’t been following the Garo franchise, Garo: Red Requiem premiered in Japan on October 30, 2010.  The film featured the return of Ryosei Konishi who once again portrays Kouga Saejima/GARO.  The film also introduced some new characters such as Mary Matsuyama as Rekka, and Mika Hijii as the voice of Karma. Mika Hijii portrayed Kaoru in the original series, however she played a new role for the film.   Kraken Releasing provided a synopsis for the film.
