Tigress, Sportsmaster, and Dragon King Join DC Universe “Stargirl”

Deadline has reported that Tigress, Sportsmaster, and Dragon King will be joining the villain roster of the DC Universe exclusive Stargirl live-action series. The trio are apart of the Injustice Society, who are group of master criminals, which debuted in All Star Comics #37. The team also served as the evil counterpart to the Justice Society of America.  Joy Osmanski will be portraying Paula Brooks, aka the second Tigress. Paula Brooks was created by Mort Meskin and debuted in the comics with Sensation Comics #68, which was released in August 1947. Brian Stapf Joins DC Universe “Stargirl” Cast as Wildcat

TV Insider has reported that Brian Stapf will be joining the cast of the DC Universe Supergirl series as Ted Grant aka Wildcat. For those who are not aware, Ted Grant was another founder member of the Justice Society of America. Wildcat first debuted in the comics in Sensation Comics #1, which was released in January 1942. The original Wildcat was created by Bill Finger & Irwin Hasen. Lou Ferrigno Jr. Joins DC Universe Stargirl Cast as Hourman

TVline has reported that Lou Ferrigno Jr. will be playing Rex Tyler aka Hourman in the upcoming DC Universe Stargirl series. For those who are not aware, Rex Tyler was one of the founding members of the Justice Society of America. Rex Tyler made his debut appearance in Adventure Comics #48, which was released in March 1940. The original Hourman was created by Ken Fitch and Bernard Baily. Variety has reported that Joel McHale will be joining the cast of the upcoming DC Universe exclusive Stargirl series as Sylvester Pemberton, who is also known as Starman. The character is stated to be depicted as the “Golden Age Starman” and he will have a reoccurring role in the series.   For those who are not aware, Sylvester Pemberton made his debut appearance in Action Comics #40, which was released in September 1941. Warner Bros. recently revealed a first look at Donna Troy in DC Universe’s Titans. For those who are not aware, Conor Leslie will be portraying Donna Troy aka Wonder Girl.
