Los Ingobernables de Tokusatsu Ep 22 – Farewell Godzilla! Hello Ultraman Powered!

Welcome to an all-new episode of “Los Ingobernables de Tokusatsu!” Today, we open on the passing of legendary suit actor, Haruo Nakajima; who is best known for breathing life into Godzilla. His death hits the cast pretty hard since both, Mucha and Wheelz love Toho’s kaiju movies as well as his career.   Following our remembrance of Mr. Nakajima, we look at the Kamen Rider Build press conference. Our thoughts are actually interesting, since some of the reveals were predicted in previous episodes. Then the show closes on our LIT’git…

Review: NECA Godzilla 2001 – Giant Monsters All-Out Attack

Now, I did not expect to ever find this figure in-store! The NECA Godzilla 2001 figure is roughly a half year to year old at this time, but still a wonderful figure. NECA manages to capture the SokogekiGoji suit as best as they can, but there are some flaws whether it be sculpt, paint, or articulation. Another issue with the figure is the quality control of the joints which can be observed in the video. Never the less having any figure of the SokogekiGoji is good in general. Please favorite,…

Review: S.H.MonsterArts Godzilla 2016 (Shin Godzilla)

The Monster of MonsterArts has finally arrived, SHMA Godzilla (2016)! Now, as seen in Hideaki Anno’s Shin Godzilla this incarnation is undoubtably the most gruesome looking one ever seen, as well as the largest to date. Along with being the biggest and the ugliest, it is also seemingly the strongest with a beam spamming body; too bad that version will most likely be a Web Shop Exclusive. The figure effectively captures the True King to its fullest form, with a few minor exceptions either due to selective paint applications and…

However before it even saw the light of day, the film has gone from being welcomed with open arms since its announcement in late 2014 to being question or hated throughout its production and release. One…

Review: S.H. MonsterArts Godzilla 1954

I honestly did not think it would take this long for Tamashii Nations to produce a MonsterArts for the original Godzilla. However I am glad that it was finally made, due to the fact that the original is one of my top favorites when it comes to suit design and movies. The overall figure is amazing, as it able to capture a majority of the suits’ aspects making it a highly solid figure. Also check the video out for the ‘special cameo’! Please favorite, like, comment and subscribe to my…
