Titled “Televi-kun Hyper Battle DVD: Kamen Rider Prime Rogue,” the spin-off will feature an upgrade form, Kamen Rider Prime Rogue; the form is shown to utilize a variant of the FullFull Rabbit Tank Bottle that takes the form of a crocodile head.
