McFarlane Toys Acquires “DC Multiverse Collector Figures” License For 2020

This past December 2018, we got word that Mattel would be losing the DC Comics license for the Boys Action category. Additional information, did confirm that Mattel would be retaining the Girls Toy and Preschool toy license, presumably to continue producing DC Super Hero Girls and Imaginext DC Super Friends respectively. Whereas, Spin Master signed a deal for the Boy Action category, but nothing was stated for the collector’s focused action figures. Today at San Diego Comic-Con 2017, fans got their first looks at upcoming products from Bandai’s Power Rangers Legacy Line as well as Imaginext’s Power Rangers figure and playset line. Power Rangers Zeo Role-Play: Featuring the highly demanded Zeonizer and Gold Power Staff, the Legacy Role-Play line has now made the jump past the Mighty Morphin seasons of the series.
