Over the weekend, Toei revealed new information about the upcoming Rider Time: Kamen Rider Shinobi spin-off. As reported earlier, the special will feature the return of Rentaro Kagura/Kamen Rider Shinobi (Hideya Tawada). The special will be directed by Takayuki Shibasaki and written by Kaori Kaneko. First new cast members were revealed.
