Deadline has reported that a sequel miniseries to the Masters of the Universe: Revelation series is currently in the works. The series will be named “Masters of the Universe: Revolution,” and will feature the return of Mattel Television along with Powerhouse Animation. Deadline has reported that a second animated project based on He-Man and the Masters of the Universe is currently in production for Netflix. The project will be separate from the previously announced project that will be produced by Kevin Smith. Super7 recently updated their official website with pre-order pages for their new line of Thundercats Ultimates. Similar to Mattel/ Mattycollector’s line of Masters of the Universe Classics, the line will consist of collector styled 7 inch Thundercats figures. The first wave of figures will contain several figures that were previously released by Mattycollector, but will feature various updates to the sculpts as well as brand new accessories. Deadline has reported that the upcoming live-action Masters of the Universe film is set to premiere in theaters on March 5, 2021. As reported in 2017 the film was initially slated for a December 18, 2019 release date, however expectantly the film has been delayed.
