Aniplex of America has announced that they will be hosting a 10th Anniversary event for the Gurren Lagann franchise at Otakon 2017 that will be held in Washington D.C.  The panel will feature some of the English dub cast members, which includes Kyle Hebert (Kamina) and Michelle Ruff (Yoko) as well as Tony Oliver.   Aniplex of America also posted an online survey where fans can chose what episode of the series that will be shown at the event.  The results of the survey will be revealed at the event and also via Aniplex of America’s social media. Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale English Dub Premiere Date Announced

Aniplex of America has recently opened ticket sales for the English Dub screenings for the Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale film.  The Dub of the film will premiere on April 22, although some theater listings will be on April 23.  The film will be distributed by Azoland Pictures. The first screening of the Dub will be shown at the Anime Boston convention, which will be held in Boston, Massachusetts on March 21 through April 2. Katsucon Hosts Lupin III: Part IV English Dub Premiere

Katsucon’s 2017 Guidebook updated on Tuesday, revealing the con will host the English Dub premiere for Lupin III: Part IV. The screening is set for Saturday, February 18th from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST. The dub features a reunion of the cast from Lupin III: Part II; Tony Oliver is Lupin III, Lex Lang is Ishikawa, Richard Epcar is Jigen, and Michelle Ruff is Fujiko. Viz Media Announces Sailor Moon R Film US Theatrical Release

Viz Media has recently announced during their Moonlight Party livestream that they will be releasing the Sailor Moon R film in theaters in the US next January.   Similar to many previous Anime films, Eleven Arts will be teaming up with the company to release the film.  The film will also feature the “Make up!
