Fathom Events Screening for Mobile Suit Gundam NT Anime Film Confirmed

As reported earlier, Fandango recently updated its site with an official page for the Mobile Suit Gundam NT anime film. This lead to speculation that the film would be released by Fathom Events in North America.   Today, it was revealed that Fathom Events will be working with Sunrise to host the North American screening of the film. The film will be released across 450 theaters on February 19 and will feature the English Dub. Fandango has recently opened an official ticket page for the Mobile Suit Gundam NT anime film. In addition, Fandango lists under the Fathom Events category, with it featuring the MPAA rating of PG-13. Furthermore, according to the website the film will be released in North American theaters on February 19. Yesterday, Sunrise held its press conference for the unveiling of the newest Gundam project, Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative (Gundam NT). Recently a new prequel manga for Gundam Unicorn launched in the December issue of the Monthly Gundam Ace magazine.  The manga is titled,  “Mobile Suit Gundam UC Bande Dessinée Episode: 0,” and is written by Kouzo Oomari.  Mobile Suit Gundam UC Bande Dessinée Episode: 0 takes reference from “The Postwar War” (Sengo no Senso) short story that was featured in the 11th volume of the original Mobile Suit Gundam UC novels.   The manga focuses on the Neo Zeon remnants as they steal the Sinanju Stein mobile suit.
