The recent issue of the weekly Shonen Jump magazine has announced that Naruto The New Legend of Naruto (Naruto Shinden) novel will be receiving an anime adaptation. The anime will premiere on Sunday, February 20 in Japan and will air for three weeks. Currently it is unknown if the anime will be apart of the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations anime’s run. For those who aren’t aware, the Naruto Shinden novel is apart of a trilogy of novels. The novel trilogy consisted of: Naruto Shinden, Sasuke Shinden, and Shikamaru Shinden.
