Hasbro has recently release a first a look at the new upcoming animated Transformers series that will premiere on Nickelodeon later this Fall titled, “Transformers: Earthspark.” For those who have not been following, the series was first announced last year. The teaser trailer features a look at several of the characters including Optimus Prime, Elita-1, and more. Transformers Animated Series in Production for Nickelodeon

Deadline has recently reported that a new animated series based on the Transformers brand is in production for Nickeleodeon. The series will be produced by Nickelodeon and Hasbro’s Entertainment One. The first season of the series will consist of 26 half hour episodes, and it will release in the US first before releasing internationally.   Ant Ward and Nicola Dubac will be working as executive producers on the project while Dale Malinowski will be working as co-producer. Netflix has recently updated their official twitter page with the announcement that Invader Zim: Enter the Florpus will be heading to the platform this Summer.
