September Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase Streamed

Nintendo recently streamed a Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase, which features a look at some of the upcoming games for the Nintendo Switch. First, Nintendo revealed a first look at two brand new Monsters Hunter games. The first game will be the latest title in the mainline Monster Hunter series titled, “Monster Hunter Rise.” The second game is titled, “Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin,” which is the sequel to the 3DS Monster Hunter Stories spinoff title. Monster Hunter Rise will be released on March 26, 2021. Metal Max Xeno Worldwide Release Date Announced

NIS America has posted a new trailer for the Metal Max Xeno video game, which reveals the North American and European release dates for the game. The game will launch for the Playstation 4 on September 25 and in Europe on September 28. NIS America recently announced during SNK’s PAX East 2018 panel that they will be publishing the SNK 40th Anniversary Collection. The game will be developed by Digital Eclipse.  Each game will feature graphics up to 1080p, saving capabilities, optional cheats, and will also feature both the arcade/ console versions of some of the games. The game will launch exclusively on the Nintendo Switch this Fall. Nintendo recently revealed during today’s Nintendo Direct Mini that Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA will be released for the Nintendo Switch. For those who are unaware, the game was developed by Nihon Falcom and is a part of the long running Ys game series.  The game was originally released in Japan exclusively for the PSVita in July 2016 and was later released worldwide in 2017 for the Playstation 4.
