Penguin Spinoff Series in Early Development for HBO Max

Variety has recently reported that a spin-off series based on the “Penguin” is in early development for HBO Max. According to the reports the series will focus on the “Penguin” that will be making an appearance in the upcoming The Batman film who will be played by Collin Farrell.
