The official Golden Kamuy anime website has updated with the announcement that Akeno Watanabe will be joining the cast of the anime series. Watanabe will be playing the character Cikapasi.  As reported earlier, the second season of the anime premiered in Japan on October 8 and is currently being simulcast on Crunchyroll. The official Golden Kamuy website has updated with a new key visual for the upcoming season of the anime series. The second season of the series will premiere on  Tokyo MX, Sapporo TV, Jidaigeki Senmon Channel, Yomiuri TV, and BS11 on October 8. The first episode will be streamed a day earlier on Fuji TV’s FOD service starting at 10:00 A.M. and will be available until 11:00 P.M. on October 8. The official Golden Kamuy website has announced that Yūma Uchida will be joining the cast for the anime series as Yasuku Edogai.  Sayuri and the band My First Story are collaborating to play the opening theme song for the upcoming season titled, “Reimei.” The band Eastern Youth will be performing the ending theme song for the season titled, “The Clock Tower’s Bell (Tokeidai no Kane).” Viz Media provided a description for the series. Crunchyroll has recently announced that the second season of the Golden Kamuy anime will be added to their Fall 2018 Catalogue. The series will available for Crunchyroll members worldwide except for Asia starting on Monday, October 8.  The first season of the anime premiered on the service on Monday, April 9 and the English dub for the series premiered on FunimationNow on April 30. Recently, Warren Ellis, the head writer for the Netflix original Castlevania animated series, has revealed the release date for the second season for the series on his official twitter page.
