Toei Tokusatsu World Official Announced; FEATURING OFFICIAL ENGLISH SUBTITLES!

This just in from Toei’s official website, starting April 6, 2020 the studio will begin uploading English Subtitled episodes of tokusatsu and Super Robot series. The channel titled Toei Tokusatsu World Official, will feature 70 series from their library produced from 1960 to the 1990s. The channel will feature a mascot known as Contentmaru who is a shinobi fox who is tasked with delivering Toei Tokusatsu to the world. Shout! Factory TV Officially Streaming Kamen Rider on TubiTV

Today, Shout! Factory uploaded to their streaming library Shotaro Ishinomori’s original Kamen Rider series from 1971. However, the series is only available on the streaming service TubiTV and region locked to the United States specifically. Discotek Media Announces MegaBeast Inspector Juspion Home Video Release Date

Disctotek Media has updated their official Facebook page with the home video release details for MegaBeast Inspector Juspion. For those who not aware, the company initially announced that they licensed the series at Otakon 2018. The series aired in Japan as apart of Toei’s Metal Hero series under the name Kyojuu Tokusou Juspion. Recently a conference was held in Japan by the Japanese government to announce the new era for the country. The new era is tentatively known as the “Reiwa Era,” which translates to Harmonic Peace. Today at Otakon, Discotek Media announced during their panel that they acquired the license for the fourth Metal Hero series, Space Wolf Juspion. Amazon has recently updated their stream catalog with the first season of Kamen Rider Amazons under the name Amazon Riders. Reported back late 2016, the series was set to stream on the platform alongside Ultraman Orb the Origin Saga. However, no other details were confirmed since that time; we at Hero Club, even used its delay as our 2017 April Fools Day joke.
