Today, NHK announced an all-new tokusatsu inspired drama series, Chosoku Parahero Gandine (Super Speed ParaHero Gandine). The series features a groundbreaking premise that combines disabled sports with transforming heroes. The series will heavily focus on wheelchair related combat and action, as the protagonist is paraplegic. In addition, the series’ paraplegic protagonist will transform into a typical ‘henshin hero,’ who uses a superpowered wheelchair. Kamen Rider Zi-O: Rider Time Ryuki Spin-Off Announced

Toei has announced that Kamen Rider Zi-O will be receiving two rider web spin-offs. The first spin-off titled, “Rider Time Shinobi,” will focus on Kamen Rider Shinobi (Rentaro Kagura) with Hideya Tawada will be reprising his role as character. The special will be directed by Takayuki Shibasaki and written by Kaori Kaneko. The special will premiere on the Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club (TTFC) service in late March.
