The official Japanese Bakugan: Battle Planet website has updated with new details for the Japanese dub for the series. For those who are not aware, the series is a reboot of the Bakugan Battle Brawlers franchise. The series debuted on Cartoon Network and Canada in December 2018. It was also reported that the series would also air in other countries sometime in 2019. The official website revealed an official poster for the upcoming Japanese dub of the series. McFarlane Toys Acquires “DC Multiverse Collector Figures” License For 2020

This past December 2018, we got word that Mattel would be losing the DC Comics license for the Boys Action category. Additional information, did confirm that Mattel would be retaining the Girls Toy and Preschool toy license, presumably to continue producing DC Super Hero Girls and Imaginext DC Super Friends respectively. Spin Master Announces 3-Year Toy Deal with Warner Bros./ DC

Yesterday, Spin Master Corp. announced it has entered a three-year licensing agreement with Warner Bros. Consumer Products. Cast Members Announced for Bakugan Battle Planet

According to the Vanderwerff Talent agency, two cast members were revealed for the upcoming Bakugan Battle Planet series. Last year it was announced that the Bakugan franchise would be rebooted, however outside of the initial announcement not much information regarding the project was revealed that the time. Recently it has been revealed that Spin Master will be collaborating with TMS Entertainment and Corus Entertainment’s Nelvana subsidiary will be working on the reboot for the franchise. Recently new details about the Bakugan reboot has been revealed thanks to Spin Master’s Q3 2017 financial call.  Spin Master initially planned to reboot the franchise back in 2015, however no other details surfaced since the announcement.  Today it has been revealed that a new TV series and toy line are currently in the works and the series is set to premiere sometime in 2018 or 2019.
