The official website for the SSSS.Gridman Universe film has updated with casting and staff details for the film. Several previous cast members from both SSSS.Gridman and SSSS.Dynazenon will be returning for the film. For those who are not aware, the film is a crossover film between the two series. The film was first announced during the Tsuburaya Convention in 2021. SSSS.Gridman is an anime reboot adaptation of the Gridman the Hyper Agent tokusatsu series. The Hollywood Reporter has reported that a sequel to New Line’s live-action Mortal Kombat film is in the works. Additionally it has been revealed that Jeremy Slater will be writing the film’s sequel. Variety has reported that Cartoon Network and HBO Max have greenlit the “Adventure Time” spin-off series, which will focus on Fionna and Cake. Deadline has reported that Bassam Tariq is in early talks to direct Marvel Studios’ Blade. For those who are not aware, the film was first announced at SDCC 2019 with Mahershala Ali playing the lead character.
