Entertainment Weekly has reported that April Bowlby is joining the cast of DC’s Titans live-action series. She will be portraying Rita Farr, also known as the Doom Patrol’s Elasti-Girl. Those who aren’t familiar with the character from the comics, Rita Farr was once a Hollywood star that was later exposed to toxic gas, which modified her cell structure. After this event she had the ability to change her size. She later meets Dr. Niles Caulder (The Chief). who recruits her to become apart of the team of “super-powered misfits” known as the Doom Patrol.
