Dreamworks has updated their official animation Youtube channel with a new clip for How to Train your Dragon: The Hidden World, which was first revealed at New York Comic Con 2018. Detective Pikachu Live-Action Film Moves to Warner Brothers

Several news outlets have reported that the live-action film adaptation for the Detective Pikachu spin-off video game is moving to Warner Brothers for distribution outside of Japan and China. Pacific Rim Uprising Japanese Preview Streamed

Cinema Today has updated their official Youtube channel with a new Japanese promo video for Pacific Rim Uprising. The latest preview features another look at the battle between the Jaegars and the Kaiju. Pacific Rim Uprising will premiere in North American theaters on March 23 and will distributed by Universal Pictures. Illumination Entertainment to Produce Super Mario Film

Last November it was revealed that Illumination Entertainment was in talks to produce a film based on the Super Mario franchise. Today Nintendo announced that they have partnered up with the company and the producers for the film will be Chris Meledandri, founder of Illumination Entertainment, and Shigeru Miyamato. The film will be distributed worldwide by Universal Pictures and will be co-funding by the company and Nintendo. No other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates.
