New Gundam Build Divers Themes Announced

The official Gundam Build Divers anime website has updated that the series will be receiving new opening and ending themes in the near future. The new opening theme will be titled, “Infinity,” which will be performed by SWANKY DANK, while the ending theme titled, “Start Dash,” will be performed by Spira Spica.  Both themes will be featured on the show starting on July 3.  “Start Dash,” will be the first major debut for Spira Spica and will be available as a single CD on August 8.  For those who are unaware, the current Gundam Build Divers intro sequence is titled, “Diver’s High,” which is performed by SKY-HI.  The…

Gundam NT Press Conference Teases Additional Anime Projects

Yesterday, Sunrise held its press conference for the unveiling of the newest Gundam project, Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative (Gundam NT). During the event a visual was presented that consisted of the pre-existing Universal Century productions, as well as official side stories like the ones presented in the video games. In addition, the visual features a section for future productions that will either release alongside, or after Gundam NT. Sentai Filmworks Licenses Aura Battler Dunbine Anime Series

Sentai Filmworks has recently announced that they have acquired the license to the Aura Battler Dunbine anime series.  The company will be releasing the series both digitally and home video, however no other release details are confirmed at this time. The series was previously licensed by ADV Films in North America and was streamed on the Daisuki service last year. For those who are unaware, Aura Battler Dunbine is based on the original The Wings of Rean novel, which was created by Yoshiyuki Tomino. The series aired in 1983 and featured a retelling the novel. Masayoshi Yamazaki to Perform Gundam the Origin VI Theme Song

Yesterday, Gundam.info’s website announced that Masayoshi Yamazaki will perform the theme song for Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin VI: Rise of the Red Comet. The theme song is titled “Hasen no Namida” (Dotted Line of Tears); it will be made available digitally on May 1st. Nozomi Entertainment to Release Mobile Suit Gundam Trilogy & More
