Variety has reported that an anime show based on the Terminator franchise is in development for Netflix. Currently the series is still in early development so not many details have been revealed at this time. According to Variety, Skydance will be working alongside Netflix on the production of the series with the help of Production I.G. Thanks to Deadline we’ve learned that Ta-Nehisi Coates is set to write a Superman reboot for Warner Bros and DC. J.J Abrams is producing this under his Bad Robot Label. Finally, Hannah Minghella will serve as producer. Outside of that we really don’t know much about the plot nor any actors attached to the film. Nintendo recently held a Pokémon Presents Presentation, which revealed some updates to existing Pokémon games and also revealed some new upcoming games. Transformers Animated Series in Production for Nickelodeon

Deadline has recently reported that a new animated series based on the Transformers brand is in production for Nickeleodeon. The series will be produced by Nickelodeon and Hasbro’s Entertainment One. The first season of the series will consist of 26 half hour episodes, and it will release in the US first before releasing internationally.   Ant Ward and Nicola Dubac will be working as executive producers on the project while Dale Malinowski will be working as co-producer.
