Following the announcement back in September 2019, Nozomi Entertainment has solicited for release After War Gundam X Collection 1 Blu-Ray for North America. The 1996 anime series was previously released on DVD only by Nozomi back in 2016 in two collection volumes of 19 episodes each. This DVD release was prior to the Japanese remaster and Blu-Ray release in 2018. The new Blu-Ray release from Nozomi will be based upon the 2018 remaster of the series.

Now that solicitations have been made for Collection 1 Blu-Ray, we should be getting Collection 2 Blu-Ray details in the coming weeks. Much like previous Gundam Blu-Ray upgrade releases from Nozomi, a trade-in offer has been set-up for owners of the DVD versions who wish to upgrade at a discount.
