FUNimation Entertainment has announced that the Attack on Titan Season 2 recap film will be screened as apart of a two night event at North American & Canadian theaters. The film will also be accompanied by the worldwide premiere of the first episode of the third season of series just before it airs in Japanese television on July 22. The film titled, “Attack on Titan Roar of Awakening,” will have limited screenings on July 10-11.
The film as well as the first episode of season three will be presented with it’s original Japanese Audio with English subtitles on July 10 and will feature the English Dub on July 11. Advanced tickets to the event will be available for purchase starting on June 8.
FUNimation Entertainment provided a synopsis for the film.
Eren Jaeger’s battle against the Titans rages on! After fighting the Female Titan, he has no time to rest as a hoard approaches Wall Rose.
