Star Trek Nickelodeon Animated Series Title Revealed

Earlier in 2019, it was reported that an animated series based on the Star Trek franchise was in the works at Nickelodeon,  however no other details were confirmed about the project outside of the production team until today. Deadline has reported that the series will be titled, “Star Trek: Prodigy,” and is set to premiere on Nickelodeon in 2021. The news was first revealed during today’s Star Trek Universe mega-panel during the virtual Comic-Con@Home event. Star Wars Hasbropulse Exclusives Announced

Cnet and Screenrant recently revealed two new Star Wars exclusives that will be released on Hasbropulse. Both products seem to been originally San Diego Comic Con 2020 exclusives, however with the event being cancelled they are confirmed as Hasbropulse exclusives. The first exclusive revealed is the Vintage Collection 501st Legion Arc Troopers Special Action Figure Set. Several years ago it was reported that a CG animated series based on Usagi Yojimbo was in the works. It was also reported that Dark Horse Entertainment, James Wan and Stan Sakai would be producing the series. “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” CG Reboot Film In the Works

Deadline has reported that a new CG animated film reboot is currently in the works. It is said that Nickelodeon is teaming up with Point Grey Pictures’ Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and James Weaver to produce the produce the film. Jeff Rowe will be working on the screenplay for the film with Paramount Pictures working to distribute the film globally. Ramsey Naito, Nick’s EVP of Animation Production and Development, will be overseeing the project for Nickelodeon, while Josh Fargen will oversee Point Grey Pictures’ production side. Transformers R.E.D. 6 Inch Figure Series Revealed

Earlier today, IGN reported about a new line of Transformers articulated action figures called the R.E.D. (Robot Enhanced Design) series.
